–MonitoringandreportingonthestatusandhealthofUBStradingsystems

–ContributeexpertisetothemanagementofexistingandnewITproductsandservices,includingchanges,upgrades,etc

–Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstounderstandtheirneedsandworktowardsglobalITsolutions

–Defineworkaroundsforknownerrorsandinitiateprocessimprovements

篇2:FQC岗位职责FQC职责任职要求

FQC岗位职责

FQC主管1.负责100人以上的FQC团队日常管理工作;

2.负责员工教育培训与能力提升,员工满意度提升.流失率管控等;

3.针对客户投诉项目进行追踪,调查流出及产生原因,并制定对策;

4.定期对抽检发现的内部品质异常进行汇总分析报告并推动改善;

5.主导内部检验流程优化,检验系统完善等优化项目;

6.组织员工活动,改善团队氛围等团队建设工作。1.熟练操作办公软件,能够使用excel函数制作统计图表,熟练使用PPT制作报告;

2.熟练运用QC七大手法.PDCA.8D,6Sigma,Minitab.SPC等品质工具。1.负责100人以上的FQC团队日常管理工作;

2.负责员工教育培训与能力提升,员工满意度提升.流失率管控等;

篇3:FLOW岗位职责FLOW职责任职要求

FLOW岗位职责

岗位职责:

1.接待公司外部访客;

2.负责总机工作,接听、过滤、转接来电,反馈必要的客户信息,热情周到;

3.负责公司快递收发、快递物料管理,核算每月的快递费用;

4.员工出差机票以及酒店预订安排及账单核对;

5.总部访客在上海的酒店、接送机及市内用车的安排协调;

6.员工考勤记录及每月反馈迟到员工信息;

7.会议室预订管理,办公设备报修管理(如设备、家具、空调等)

8.其他行政事宜:前台区域环境维护、公司会议期间协助订饭等;

任职要求:

1.专科毕业及以上学历,年龄28岁以下,形象气质佳,有前台工作经验者优先考虑;

2.电脑操作熟练,熟悉word/excel办公软件;

3.有良好的中、英文写作与口头表达能力,普通话良好;

4.热爱本职工作,工作认真细致,严格遵守公司规章制度;

5.诚信、负责、务实;
