焊装工艺岗位职责

焊装工艺经理1、管理建设装焊工艺团队;

1.Manageweldingteam.

2、参与涂装部分的招标、评标等工作;

2.Responsibleforbiddingprocess.(welding)

3、编制审核装焊工艺对工艺装备的技术要求,并配合招投标工作;

3.Compileinstructionsandrequirementsforweldingequipment.Involvedinbiddingphase.

4、负责组织装焊工艺装备的验收、调试工作;

4.Responsibleforequipmentcommisioning.

5、汇报涂装部分建设情况;

5.Reportconstructionstatustoleader.

6、组织装焊工艺装备的调试及问题整改工作,并配合工厂整体联调工作;

6.Organizecommisioningandproblemsolving.Cooperatewithotherdepartmentsforjointcommisioning.

7、建设工厂装焊业务运行体系,并制定相关标准、工艺文件、人员培训等工作。

要求:

1、具有丰富的专业工艺知识,对国内外设备主要供应商有深入的了解;

Haverichprofessionalprocessknowdgeandhavein-depthunderstandingofmajorforeignanddomesticequipmentsuppliers.

2、具有较强的装焊规划问题的解决经验。

Strongexperienceinsolvingweldingplanningproblemsofchassis

3、具有7年级以上汽车行业设备管理规划工作经验(限一汽、二气、上汽、重汽等国内知名汽车企业);

Have7yearexperienceinautoindustryequipmentmanagementplanning(limitedtodomesticwell-knownautomobileenterprisessuchasFAW,DFAC,SAICandSinotruk);

4、具有4年及以上装焊管理经验;

Havemorethan4yearsexperienceinweldingmanagement;

5、具有3年及以上装焊工艺设计、开发经验,对国内外的车架技术发展水平有大体的了解

Havemorethan3yearsofexperienceinthedesignanddevelopmentofweldingprocess,andhaveageneralunderstandingofthedevelopmentlevelofforeignanddomesticframetechnology

6、曾经参与主导重大工艺规划或工厂建设等项目。

Participatedinleadingmajorprocessplanning,plantconstructionandotherprojects.

7、具有较强的团队协作、管理能力,易沟通,较强的抗压能力;

Havestrongteamworkandmanagementability,easytocommunicateandstrongabilitytoworkunderpressure;

8、熟练使用日常办公软件及二维及三维绘图软件。

9、英语良好者优先。
