焊装工艺岗岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、负责各车型生产所需的焊接工艺、作业指导书及其他相关工艺资料的编制、下发并组织对现场一线操作人员进行焊装工艺培训与指导;
2、负责各车间材、辅料定额、工时定额的编制、下发,及后期的优化和更新和维护管理;
3、负责车间内部焊装关键工序质量控制点、控制计划及现场各类过程质量记录表格的编制、维护和完善,并监督一线操作人员使用;
4、负责车间内、外部与技术质量相关的各类管理办法、规章制度、工作流程及工艺规范的编制;
5、负责组织工艺人员深入生产现场,及时解决现场出现的各类工艺技术问题和焊接质量问题,持续提升整车实物质量、提高整车交检合格率;
6、负责焊装工艺纪律检查和考核,每月定期组织焊装工艺纪律检查1-4次;
7、参与车间各车型设备安装调试、试生产工艺验证、批产产能分析并编制产能分析报告、不断优化生产工序,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,汽车、机械、材料成型等专业;
2、有工艺技术、质量管理等相关培训经历;
3、3年以上工艺技术工作;
4、良好的焊装工艺技术专业知识,良好的整车焊装过程质量管控及问题分析、处理能力;
5、熟练运用CAD、CATIA等专业软件及通用OFFICE办公软件,具有较好的制图、识图能力;
6、良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析能力、创新能力。

2、独立完成多步化合物合成实验;
3、指导研究助理开展实验,保证研发任务按时完成。

1、药学、有机合成等相关专业博士学历,;
2、具有丰富的有机合成路线设计和合成经验,并具有较强的分析解决实际问题的能力;
3、具有扎实的有机化学理论知识,对各类反应机理理解透彻;
4、具有良好的团队合作精神,积极主动,能在压力下工作;
5、具有项目管理经验者优先。
二、有机合成研究助理
岗位职责:
1、协助设计化合物合成路线;
2、独立完成化合物合成实验;
3、对合成工艺进行优化和完善,保证研发任务按时完成。
任职条件:
1、药学、有机合成等相关专业本科及硕士学历;
2、具有一定的合成基础,熟悉有机合成、化合物分离纯化的各种基本单元操作和图谱分析;
3、具有良好的团队合作精神,积极主动,善于学习和总结,能在压力下工作;
4、具有合成研发小试、中试经验者优先。
根据实际工作需要确定签约单位。
