篇5：产品制造工艺工程师岗位职责
项目制造工艺工程师/产品工程师(重庆常驻)延锋彼欧延锋彼欧汽车外饰系统有限公司,延锋彼欧,延锋彼欧汽车外饰系统,延锋彼欧工作职责:
1.主导新业务项目前期工程报价,消化产品图纸、数据及实样,编制产品报价BOM、工艺流程、工装设备模具清单等资料;
2.承担项目前期产品结构设计的制造工艺可行性分析,输出评审及可行性报告,并根据评审结果跟踪产品数据的优化改进;
3.组织原材料、油漆、模/检具、工装设备等各阶段技术可行性评审及认可,签订技术协议,并跟踪设备、工装模具的制造过程,会同有相关部门参与完成模/检具、工装设备等验收和安装调试;

6.支持新项目SOP后6个月内的工程问题解决;

任职资格:
1.本科机械,模具,高分子,车辆工程或其他相关专业
2.2年及以上相关工作经验
3.计划和组织能力,分析问题和做决策,书面交流,口头交流,工作知识,团队合作,主观能动性,革新创造力,对质量关注,可靠性,安全和维护工作场所整洁,了解相关产品主要制造工艺并掌握1项以上制造工艺
