1.Onceanaccidentoccurs,theSecurityManagerorinhisabsencetheSecurityAssistantManagerisinformedimmediatelyaswellastheGuestServiceManager.
一旦紧急事件发生,保安部经理(其不在时为保安经理助理)和大堂经理应该被通知到。
2.FirstaidtobeappliedimmediatelywiththereadilyprovidedFirstaidbo*andequipment.
利用现有的初步急救箱和设备,立刻实施初步急救工作。

Procedures程序
1.Onceanaccidentoccurs,theSecurityManagerorinhisabsencetheSecurityAssistantManagerisinformedimmediately.
一旦事故发生,将立即通知保安部经理(不在时通知保安部经理助理)。
2.Firstaidtobeappliedimmediatelywiththereadilyprovidedfirstaidbo*andequipment.
根据现有的初步救援箱和设备,先实施简单的初步救助。
3.Arrangetosendtheinjuredtothenearestclinicorhospitalfortreatmentperhotelcar.
安排使用酒店车辆将伤者送到最近门诊或医院。
4.Theinjuredteammemberisbroughtdownthroughareasthatareatthebackofthehousetoavoidguestcontact.
伤员必须经由酒店后门被送出,以免与其他客人的接触。
5.AteammemberoftheSecurityDepartmentshouldbesummonedtoescorttheinjuredtothehospital,toactiononanydecisionormeasuresfortheinjured.
采取一切行动或措施,召集保安部员工护送伤者至医院。
6.DepartmentHeadoftheteammember,LobbyAssistantManagerandSecurityDepartmenthastobeinformedimmediately.
部门负责人,大堂经理助理和保安部经理应该立即被通知。
7.Informthefamilymemberoftheinjuredteammemberifhospitalizationisneeded.
通知伤者的家属,去住院治疗是否必要。
