保安及防盗
保安员:
(一)小区的主入口均由保安员廿四小时守卫,而各栋楼大堂均有摄像枪廿四小时监控录像。

防止罪案,扑灭罪行:

(二)不要随便开门给陌生人。
(三)应慎防他人伪称是政府人员或公共机构职员而进户检查。
(四)避免在家中藏放贵重物品。

关上所有气体燃料及电力总掣。
关上所有门窗。
只用楼梯疏散
切勿使用电梯。

液化石油气泄漏处理:

篇2：业主户内设施保养指引－中英文
业主/住户责任:
业主/住户须负责其单位内部装置及设备的保养及维修。如需尊尚家居服务中心进行维修时,中心将会收取维修费用。
燃气用具:
如发觉泄漏煤气,请立即关闭总掣及打开门窗,使空气流通,同时立即通知燃气公司检查。请勿燃点火柴或香烟或使用任何电器用具,此举可能会导致爆炸。
厕所及去水设备:
请勿把垃圾、杂物等废物投入水厕或去水设备。此举会引致水厕及去水道闭塞,如因不适当使用引致损坏,业主/住户须负责全部修理费用。
危险物品:
在居住单位内不得贮存或拥有任何危险物品(例如军火、炸药、火药、爆竹等)。
如住户贮存适量石油气和其它燃料供煮食用途,须特别小心,以策安全。
冷气机:
冷气机的开启与休息时间应该相若,假如开启时间为八小时,关机时间亦需要八小时。
隔尘网::应经常保持清洁,确保通风系统畅顺,清洁频密程度和次数视乎室内环境而定,可每隔两周至一个月,用湿、干布或吸尘机清洁。加上每年一次以专业药水清洁、加喷防锈漆等,可使冷气机更为耐用。尊尚家居服务中心亦有为住户提供清洗隔尘网服务。

GasFittings:

WaterClosetsandDrains:
Pleasedonotthrowanyarticlesintothewaterclosetsandotherwaterapparatusasthiscouldcauseblockage.Suchcostofrepairswillbebornebyowner/resident.
DangerousGoods:
Donotstoreorkeepanydangerousgoodssuchasfirearms,ammunition,gunpowder,fireworksetc.inyourpremises.
Ifyouwishtostoresmallquantitiesofliquidpropanegasetc.forhouseholdpurpose,greatcareshouldbetakeninkeepingthosesafely.
Air-conditioner:
Thenumberofoperatinghoursshouldbesimilartothenumberofrestinghours.Fore*ample,iftheair-conditionerisonfor8hours,youshouldletitrestfor8hours.
Keepthefiltercleanandensuretheair-conditioneriswellventilated.Thefrequencyofcleaningisbasedupontheindoorenvironment;youmaydothecleaningonceortwiceamont

冰箱:
冰箱的温度不要过低,而贮存在内的食物不要过多。食物放进冰箱前,一定先要冷却。避免柜门的开关次数过多及留意柜门的橡胶圈是否紧密。柜后的凝结器则要经常清扫,因积在上面的尘埃会妨碍散热。
抽湿机:
在使用抽湿机时须关上门窗,以免湿气不断渗入室内减低抽湿的效果。不宜放进衣柜、壁柜等狭窄::的密封地方,以免温度不断上升,使抽湿机无法有效地操作因而发生故障。很多抽湿机的设计都要求关机后须隔三数分钟才可重新开启,否则开动电流会太大,令温度上升,机器寿命因而缩短。
保持浴室地台干爽:
根据承建商发出的指引,请保持浴室地台干爽,切勿在浴室地台上大量倒水清洁,以免引致附近墙身渗水。
水龙头水掣保养说明:
1.请定期清洗水龙头出水口的过滤网一次。清洗方法是先关好室内之总水制,再将水龙头出水口的过滤网取出(从上向下望以顺时针方向扭出)及清洗,然后把过滤网装回(从上向下望以逆时针方向扭入)。
2.如发现个别水龙头水掣水压不足,请依照第一项的方法清洗水龙头出水口的过滤网,如清洗水龙头出水口的过滤网后水压依然不足,请联络水喉匠检查供水系统或致电尊尚家居服务中心。
Refrigerator:
Donotkeepthetemperaturetooloworstoretoomuchfoodintherefrigerator.Makesurethefoodiscoolbeforestoring.Donotopenthedoorsfrequentlyandmakesuretherubberstrippingofthedoorisinpropercondition.Thecondenserbehindtherefrigeratormustkeepcleanbecausedustwillaffectthecoolingrate.
Dehumidifier:
Toma*imizetheresult,closealldoorsandwindowsbeforeoperation.Donotplacethedehumidifieratthenarrowandcloseplaceslikewardrobeorcabinetorelseasthehightemperaturewouldcausedamagetothemachine.Pleasenotethatwheneveryouswitchoffthedehumidifier,waitforafewminutesbeforeswitchitonagainorthemachinewouldbedamagedbecauseofhightemperature.
KeepDryofBathroomFloor:
AsadvisedbytheMainContractor,thebathroomshouldbekeptdry.Cleaningwatershouldbeproperlypoureddirectlyontofloor;otherwisewaterseepagemaybecausedtothewallnearby.
MaintenanceofWaterTap:
1.Thefilterofwatertapshouldbecleanedregularly.Turnoffthemainwatervalve,thendismantlethefilterfromtheoutletofwatertap(viewingfromthetopofwatertapturnclockwise),flushitwithwater;andinstallthefilterbacktothewatertap
