职位描述：
RoleTitle:品质认证工程师
JobPurpose&Goal
负责新产品认证,保证产品品质符合客户要求，国际标准品质要求。
负责公司新客户认证，针对客户要求的制程，材料，技术等认证，制定对应认证计划保证获得客户认可。
负责制定厂内品质认证流程程序系统，制定厂内通用认证产品的检验检测要求。
KeyAccountabilities(Tasks&Responsibilities)
工厂建立阶段
协助质量主管完成工厂品质系统.
根据品质系统和客户要求建立品质管制计划.
根据品质系统要求，客户要求准备认证过程和产品的工作指导，程序，记录等。
负责产线新设备认证，新制程产品认证，新材料导入认证，客户认证，UL认证。
产品阶段
建立和维护控制认证系统文件，记录，控制计划。保证品质系统正常运行。
负责新产品开发产品品质管制，配合项目管理，工程等完成新产品认证工作。
负责新客户认证，依据客户要求，国际标准要求制定制程和产品的管制要求。
依照客户要求，行业要求，厂内要求，制作各类认证总结报告。协助工程改善制程和产品。
Qualification&Competencies
大专/本科学历
专业经验:2年以上PCB厂工作经验，熟悉PCB生产流程，熟悉可靠度测试。
有汽车板生产工厂经验，熟悉汽车板客户要求，如Conti、Bosch等
有亲自主导并参与汽车板客户相关认证的经验。
有品质统计基础技术经验如minitab数据分析等。
有产线制程稽核经验。
有品质体系知识,ISO9001,ISO140001,TS16949等….
具备统计工具运用知识(Minitab,JMP,Statistica,etc).QC七工具，8D分析等手法
熟悉PCB信赖度测试和测量方法.
熟悉质量五大核心工具，SPC，MSA，PPAP，FMEA，APQP
良好的沟通技巧
能够独立工作，积极和灵活处理日常工作。
良好的办公软件运用技能如Powerpoint,Excel,Word,或其他软件。
有创新意识和持续改善的意识
普通话良好。
英语能力作为参考，如英语读写听说能力较好者，同等专业经验下优先考虑。
