Requirements要求
-Bachelorandabovedegree;
本科及以上学历；
-Atleast3years’engineerexperiencewithrelatedtechnicalbackground,preferablywithworkingexperienceintechnicalserviceorrelatedCRS/component/vehiclemanufacture;
至少3年工程师工作经验，具有技术服务或汽车整车或零部件或儿童座椅相关经验者优先。
-GoodcommandofbothOralandwrittenEnglish,Germanywouldbeaplus;
熟练的英语口语和书面沟通能力，同时具备德语沟通能力者优先；

职位描述：
职责描述：
1项目质量管理日常会议，工作指导与管理；
2新项目开发立项，产品设计，工艺设计，DFMEA，PFMEA等各阶段评审工作；
3新项目过程质量审核，产品审核及PPAP策划，PSW批准；

5新项目质量管理相关文件（制订，修订）审核；

工作职责：
?组织测试部、研发等单位确定测试标准，制定外观标准，检验规范
?质量风险评估及风险管控－组织研发、SQE、测试、NPI、售后等对立项质量风险进行评估，并制定DFMEA，并监控其风险状态
?根据客户要求、产品特性、项目计划制定项目质量控制计划，并保证执行过程和执行效果

职位描述：
工作职责：
-卫浴项目工程师独立负责各卫浴产品、材料物理化学测试项目，包括客户和实验室的技术协助与有效沟通，技术报告的出具及审核；
-安防项目工程师负责安防产品的实验室测试工作，机电或电气类专业本科毕业,有安规测试经验优先。
-建材五金工程师按照国际或国家标准独立完成实验室或现场产品测试并记录测试数据和结果，有一定的机械安装经验功底，动手能力强者优先；
-建筑工程项目工程师，土木工程或建筑结构工程相关专业本科以及以上学历，熟悉建筑工程项目流程或有工程项目相关经验2年以上，对建筑物理检测有一定的认知，对建筑外立面如门窗或幕墙有一定相关工作经验，能简单绘制CAD图纸，有大型工程建筑施工公司经验优先。
-了解客户需求，提供专业技术支持以及测试标准的解读；
-与各环节/部门同事的协调合作，确保给客户提供高质的服务；
-作为内部讲师，为内部员工提供专业技术培训；
-参与实验室设备或工装夹具的持续改造项目，确保通过内审和外部审查。
岗位要求：
-本科或以上学历；
-2年以上建筑行业产品技术开发或材料物理化学检测相关工作经验,有较强的技术钻研能力；
