职位描述：
工作职责:
1、负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量，由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题要及时反馈供应商要求其改善；
2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查以及辅导；
3、负责制定进货检验部门的检验规范及检验计划，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；
4、参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；
5、每月或每季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；
6、参与新供应商开发与审核，与采购、研发部门一起对新供应商进行考核打分。
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
2、掌握与供应商沟通技巧，熟悉供应商选择、评价和管理流程及IQC检验流程，具备电子件、外观件管理的经验，熟悉抽样标准和检测设备的使用。

JobQualifications:
1.BachelordegreeinEngineering,preferredcasting-related.
2.ExtensiveknowledgeofAIAGrequirements,QualityTools&LeanManufacturing(ISO/TS16949–IATF16949,ISO14001,VDA6.3,SixSigma&SPC).
3.AdvancedEnglish(Fluent,writtenandspoken).Germanwouldbeconsidereddesirable.

-Attendparts/productsinspectionplandiscussionandcollectrequalificationrequirementfromcustomers;

-推动供应商分析失效原因并定义实施改进措施，然后评估供应商的报告，确保失效根本原因清楚定义，以及改进措施的实施并起到预期效果，避免失效再次发生；
-Feedbackstatusofcomplaininternal,sharelessonlearnwithdifferentplants&suppliersifnecessary;
-在内部反馈投诉的状况，并在必要时共享经验教训给不同的工厂及供应商；
-Accordingtoresultofpartreleaseandrelatedspecification,define&maintaininspectionplaninSAPintime;
-根据零件放行结果和相关规范，及时在SAP中定义并维护进料检验计划；
-Keepmonitorsupplierperformance,takecontinueimprovementactions,toachieveddefinedsupplierqualitytarget;
-持续监控供应商质量表现，采取持续改进措施，以达成约定的供应商质量目标；

职位要求：
