JobDescription:
1.ResponsibletoleadandManagethedaytodayactivitiesoftheSupplierQualityFunctionforCategoryCastingofsupplierbaseinAsia.
2.PerformandfollowupVDA6.3auditswithSuppliers,theassessmentandintroductionofpotentialnewsuppliersinclosecooperationwithBUSupplierManagement,CategoryManagement,BusinessUnitR&DandPurchasing.
3.KeeptheCastingSupplierPanelfortheregionalignedwiththePurchasingCategoryStrategy.
4.SupporttheDefinitionandimplementationofcategoryspecificqualitystandards.
5.SupportPlantSupplierQuality(SQMCI/SP)incaseofescalationforrespectivecategorieswithintheSQMorganization,internally/externallyasrequired.
6.InitiateandmanagesupplierimprovementprogramswithSupplier’stopManagementandchangemanagementforrunningproductioncomponents.
7.SupporttheBU/PlantSQMTeamsinactivitiessuchas;SupplierMaturityEvaluation,DesignreviewwithR&D,SupplierComponentReview,Sourcingdecision,APQP,Run@rate,PPAPforcomponentsontheassignedcategory.
JobQualifications:
1.BachelordegreeinEngineering,preferredcasting-related.
2.ExtensiveknowledgeofAIAGrequirements,QualityTools&LeanManufacturing(ISO/TS16949–IATF16949,ISO14001,VDA6.3,SixSigma&SPC).
3.AdvancedEnglish(Fluent,writtenandspoken).Germanwouldbeconsidereddesirable.
4.Computerskills(MS-Office,MS-Project,Minitaborequivalent,Visio)
5.WillingnesstotravelinDomesticandInternationalfromworkingtime.
6.KnowledgeonMagnesium/Thixomoldingispreferred.

4、负责工段内质量体系的新增、优化、修改工作。

1、负责生产车间的生产与管理。
2、对下属员工进行生产操作工艺、质量控制方面的技能培训。
3、检查操作人员的工作，确保操作人员按工艺进行操作。
职位要求：
1、有3年以上注塑成型管理工作经验。
2、熟练操作注塑成型机、端子机、焊锡机等，熟悉并能实操线材生产每个岗位工艺流程。
3、具备线材生产车间班组的生产与管理，生产计划的实施，跟踪生产进度。
4、能及时对生产过程中出现的主要生产问题进行跟踪，并及时处理。
5、具有团队精神，服从执行力强。
