Jobdescription
1.Tobechargeonthefollowing:
1.1.BepartofteamfunctiontoreviewEng'gsample,partdwg.,BOM,assemblyinstructions,inearlyproductionstage,toraisequery/concernsonqualityrelatedtoproductandprocessdesign;
1.2.Createreportduringearlyproductionrunfor,DFM,productiondiscrepancies,opportunitiesforimprovements.
1.3.Bepartofcrossfunctiontoinspect,measureandtestmaterialforearlyproductionbasedonBOMandpartdwg.,takethetasktocommunicatewithsupplieronmaterialqualityanddriveforqualityCAPAloop;
1.4.Joinpilotproductionandfocusonquality,reliabilityandtraceabilityissue/riskbyreviewingmaterial,equipment,fixture/jig,testingandWI,andstriveforanyopportunitytoimproveprocess/designproblemstomeetproductrequirements;
1.5.Assisttomonitorproductionqualityandyields,analyzetheresultsandleadincooperationwiththeCMimprovementplans;
1.6.ResponsibleforgeneratingQCinspectionguidanceandsettingupqualitycontrolpointsduring0batchproduction,trainingandmonitoringQCinspection/QTauditingatNPIstage;
1.7.HandlequalityconcernsandfollowupR&D/Eng’g/Q&RsamplereviewreportandconstantlyupdateQCnotes
1.8.Torecordqualityandimprovementchangehistory,andproductSNwithactioncutinetc.;
2.Requirements:
2.1.Education:
2.1.1.B.Sc.bachelor–Mechanical/Electronics/Materialscience
2.1.2.QualityCertification
2.2.Experience:
2.2.1.Atleast5years'inNPIprocessatbigelectronicorEMScompany.
2.2.2.SCAR,8D,MRB,IQC,SamplingPlans(auditmethodologyisanadvantage).
2.3.Knowledge:
2.3.1.GoodunderstandingofNPIatmanufacturingprocesses,technologiesandmethods.
2.3.2.Drawing:clearwiththerequirement,measurementsmethodologiesetc.
2.4.Generalcharacters
2.4.1.Cooperationskillstoworkcloselywithmanagementteam.
2.4.2.Goodskillsasindividualperformerandteamplayer-advantage.
2.4.3.Self-motivatedandtaskorientedforQualityimprovementofthemanufacturers.
