1.4.ContributeforNewManufacturers/SuppliersevaluationforAVL.
2.Requirements:
2.1.Education:
2.1.1.BScMechanicsorMaterialsEngineer
2.1.2.CQE(CertifiedQualityEngineer)Certification
2.1.3.MScisanadvantage.
2.2.Experience:
2.2.1.Atleast5years'inAuditing,QCofSuppliersandIQCforMechanicalPartsmanufacturingandinspectioninmassproduction.
2.2.2.SCAR,8D,MRB,IQC,SamplingPlans,SPC(PPAPmethodologyisanadvantage).
2.3.Knowledge:
2.3.1.Goodunderstandingofmanufacturingprocesses,technologiesandinspectionmethodsforMetal,Plastics,PaintingandSurfaceTreatmentsetc....
2.3.2.Drawing:clearwiththerequirement,measurementsmethodologiesetc.
2.4.Generalcharacters
2.4.1.Cooperationskillstoworkcloselywithdifferentsuppliersaswellasin-Organizationcommunication.
2.4.2.Goodskillsasindividualperformerandteamplayer.
2.4.3.Self-motivatedandtaskorientedforQualityimprovementofthemanufacturers.
