?Proactivelyidentifygaps&difficultyorprocessesneedsimprovement.WorkwithUStestingteamforthecontinuousimprovementofLowe’stestingprogram.
?Supportqualitymanagementinformationsystemdevelopmentandrolloutaccordingtothetimeline.
ExecuteandsupportQAstrategicplanstoensurequalityfunctionmeetorexceedcustomer’sexpectations
?Reviewtheinspectionreports,providetechnicalsupportanddispositionfordailyfail/pendinginspectionsasneeded.
?Reviewthequalityassessmentreports,issueandfollowupthedispositionoffactory,providetechnicalsupporttosuppliersforthecorrectiveactionofqualitysystemandcontinuousimprovement.
?Liaisewithproductionengineerteamandsuppliersforaclose-loopcorrectiveactionprocessanddriveforcontinuousimprovementofproductquality.
?ProjectmanagementwiththepurposeofQAprogramimprovement.Organizeandmaintainqualitydataresource,sharinggoodpractices,provideguidelinesandsupervisionwithQAspecialistandAAteammatestosupportthetask

?Leadandcoordinatetestingactivities/projectswithinternalteams,3rdpartyserviceprovider,vendor/factorytoensurethetestingevents/projectsareorganizedandexecutedasperQA’srequirement.
?Responsibleforvendorand3rdpartyserviceproviderperformancetrackingandprogramprogressmonitoringfortesting.Havetheabilitytoidentifyabnormalphenomenonandpotentialrisk;raiseawarenessandseekforthesolutions.

?Bachelor’sDegreeinengineeringorothertechnicalsciencesisrequired.
?5+yearsworkingexperienceinthefieldofqualityassurance,qualitycontrol,productsafetyanddesignevaluation.Familiarwithmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.
?FamiliarwithInternationalsafetystandardsincludingASTM-F963,CPSIA,FCC,UL,RoHS,etc.
?GoodknowledgeofISO9000/TS16949andqualitytools.
?Strongcommunicationskillsinalldirectionsofupstream,downstreamandlateralaswellascrossofficeslocations.

职位描述：
职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，3年以上电子产品制程品质管控检验（有PCBA经验优先）；
2.具备独立的外协加工厂管理能力，能适应出差节奏；
3.对质量工作具有较高的热情，能熟悉运用品质工具及手法；
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及改善推动能力，具备较强的系统思维。
工作职责：
1.负责外协加工厂日常管理，辅导和评审工作；
2.负责外协加工厂质量目标设定，推动质量目标达成；
3.负责量产产品良率监控及改善进行出货前OBA抽检
4.负责客户品质服务及品质异常处理；
5.负责客户稽核加工厂前期筹备工作；
6.参与新工厂的导入前评估及导入后的加工厂QC/QA培训；
7.主导合格加工厂的例行稽核，跟踪缺失项改善效果；
8.参与样品工艺评审及试产跟进，制定新品的检验规格；
