JOBSUMMARY
AssisttheRestaurantManagerindaytodayoperationofoutlet.Responsibleforefficientandprofitableoperationofrestaurantanddirectsupervisionofmanagementteam.Planningandmeetingrestaurantfinancialobjectives,controlexpenditures,analyzingvariances,initiatingcorrectactions,Responsibleforthedaytodayoperationstoensurepositiveperformance.EnsureallUBRSOP,policiesandproceduresareadheredto.
MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES
?Underthedirectionoftherestaurantmanager,supervisestheoperationsinaspecificfoodservicerestaurantand/orstand.Responsibleforthehighstandardsofserviceefficiency,training,sanitation,cleanlinessandmaintenanceoftheworkareasatalltimes.
?Assisttomanagerestaurantsales,directoperatingexpenses,costofgoodssoldandquality,profitability,andguestsatisfaction.Reviewoperatingresultswiththeteamandidentifyopportunitiestoimproveperformance.Performotherdutiesasassigned.
?Assistwiththepreparationandcookingoffoodinaccordancetostandardsrecipesandservingguidespecifications.Thisrolewillencompasstheimplementationofoperatingproceduresandstandards,themanagementanddevelopmentofteammembers,andliaisewithattractionmanagementtoensurethatUBRshortandlongtermgoalsaremet.AssisttheExecutiveCheftooverseedailyculinaryoperationsandalloperatingequipmentcleanlinesswithinthekitchentomeethygienestandardsatalltime.Responsibleforinventorychecksanddailyordering.
