岗位职责：

1、从事机器学习、深度学习在图像识别、自然语言处理等领域的开发工作；

2、负责深度学习平台和框架的搭建工作，包括算法实现及系统研发；

3、支持公司相关产品在深度学习领域的研究。

职位要求：

1、熟悉至少一种深度学习训练工具（TensorFlow/Caffe/Theano/Keras/ConvNet/Torch等）；

2、熟悉并可搭建深度学习平台：数据处理、训练调试、生产部署等整体过程；

3、掌握机器学习、图像识别、自然语言处理等领域的相关算法；

4、良好的数学基础和编程能力，熟悉Python、SHELL、R等编程语言；

5、良好的信息搜索、文献阅读及算法实现的能力；

6、富有想象力和学习能力，良好的团队合作精神和分析与解决问题的能力。

7、在以下一个或多个领域有基于算法框架的应用开发经验：机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理、对话机器人

We’relookingforanAlgorithmEngineertosupportourcustomersindesigning,simulating,implementingandtestingsensormotionalgorithmforIOTdevice.Inthisrole,thesuccessfulcandidatewillestablishtherequirementsforsensorfusionandwilldevelopmotionalgorithms.IfyouhavestrongexperiencewithdevelopingandimplementingcomplexalgorithmusingMatlab/Simulink,thenthispositioniswellsuitedtoyou.

Responsibility:

1.Establishrequirementsforsensorfusionandperformancetargets.

2.Implementfusionalgorithmsusingrecognizedcodingpracticessuchasembeddedc/c++andmodel-based-designsuchasMatlabandSimulink.

3.Developfusionalgorithmswhichareoptimizedforlow-costMEMSsensorslikeg-sensor,m-sensor,andgyrowiththecapabilitiesofrealtimeexecutiononembeddedprocessors.

4.Developtestplansforfusionbasedapplicationandsupportintesting,dataanalysis,andperformancereporting.

5.Developnewalgorithmsrespondingtocustomer’srequirements,understandandanalyzecustomerapplications

6.Identifyopportunitiesforcompanyproductsandhelpmarketinginformulatingtheproductspecificationasperthecustomer'sneeds

7.TroubleshootsystemapplicationsonFAEandcustomerrequests

8.Performrelevantproducttestsforsystemapplicationandissueresolution

9.Evaluatetheperformanceandcredibilityofproductapplication

10.Provideon-sitetechnicalsupporttoresolvecustomerissuesasneeded

Requirements:

1.BachelorsinEngineeringorScience,Masterspreferred.

2.3+years’experiencedevelopingcomplexalgorithmsaswellasexperiencedevelopingsoftwareproductswithC/C++,preferablyintheMEMSsensorfield.

3.ExperiencewithMatlab,andabackgroundwithModelbasedsoftwaredevelopment.

4.Strongknowledgeofsensortechnologiesandexpectedmeasurementerrors.

5.ExcellentChineseandEnglishcommunicationskill.
