职位要求

1、教育背景:本科及以上学历;

2、工作经验:1年以上销售工作经验,具备汽车行业1年以上销售经验;也欢迎优秀的应届毕业生;

3、具备该行业资源及背景者优先;熟悉上汽集团及子公司信息化者优先;

4、具备该行业成功项目运作经验者优先。

5、知识/技能:

(1)具备项目运作、攻关、洽谈的能力,善于捕捉客户思想;能及时了解顾客的需求及变化,并根据这些信息提出相关产品和服务的建议书,提出新颖、高效的销售手段;

(2)熟悉汽车行业的市场环境和销售管理的运作流程,在汽车行业内有重要的人脉资源;

(3)强烈的竞争意识、开拓意识和创新意识,执行能力强;

(4)能承受压力、擅长沟通,个人形象较好;

(5)较强的组织开拓能力和应变能力,能接受国内出差;

职位描述

1)依据大区经理的销售目标和计划,拟定、提交所负责区域的销售目标和开发计划,获批后实施,确保所负责大区全年销售及开发目标达成;同时搜集并反馈授权经销商的意见和建议;

2)定期分析、提报大区开发进度及销售数据,发现问题及时整改,确保实现阶段性工作目标;

3)依据授权经销商的开发政策,在直接上级的指导下,开发新的授权经销商,推动销售业绩增长,负责与新开发的准授权经销商谈判,签订合同;
