职位描述：

Inaddition,He/sheisneedtoparticipateintesting,driveissueresolution,supporttheimplementationcheck-outprocessanddevelopallproceduraldocumentationandmanuals.He/ShewillalsobeaccountableforsuccessfuldeliveryandfulfilmentoftherequirementsbyworkingtogetherwithSystemArchitects,ITProjectManagersandtheheadofTDC.

-Planningtheapproachforeliciting,defining,analysinganddocumentingbusinessanduserneedsintheformofbusiness,functional,non-functionalrequirements.

-Definingtheappropriateelicitationtechniquetomosteffectivelyandefficientlyidentifyanddefinerequirements.

-Workingwiththetechnicaldesignleads/architects/otherstoproactivelyidentifytheareaswheretechnicalchallengesorconstraintsmaycreatechallengestothesolutionbasedonknowledgeoftherequirements.

-WorkingwiththefunctionSMEandsystemarchitect/technicalteamtofacilitatediscussionstoexploreoptionsforthesolutiontomeettherequirements/addressedbusinessneeds.

-PlayingakeyroleinthetranslationofcomplexrequirementsbetweenbusinessandIT–serveasasubjectmatterexpertforrequirements.

-Leveragingextensiveexperienceincreatingandanalysingbusinessandsystemusecases.

-Usingadeepunderstandingofbusinessprocesses/problemsindiscussionswithArchitects,ITProjectManagers,developersanddesigners,vendorsandotheranalysts.

-Workingwiththebusinesstobuildbusinessprocessflowsanddataflowdiagramsthataccuratelyreflectthescopeandcomplexitiesoftherequirements.

-Stayingcurrentwithnewtechnologies,platformsandmethodologies;identifyingemergingtechnologiestobeintroduced.

ExperienceandQualifications:

-BAorBSinatechnicaldiscipline,advanceddegreestronglypreferred.

-Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinbusinessprocessandtechnologyintegrationprojects.

-Experiencewithdigitizationbusinessprojectdelivery

-Strongexperiencewithprocess&workflowattheenterpriselevel.Abletoworkacrossmanydomainstoforeliciting,defining,analysing&documentingbusiness&userneeds.

-Stronganalytical,quantitativeandproblem-solvingskillsandabilitytousestatisticalanalysisandmodelling,withassociatedtechnologyapplications.

-Experienceintesting,driveissueresolution,supporttheimplementationcheck-outprocessanddevelopallproceduraldocumentationandmanuals.

篇3：网络运维岗位职责描述岗位要求

职位描述：

职责描述：

1、负责公司内部关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备等方面的安装、管理、维护

2、基础的网络维护及机房管理工作

3、处理常见服务器和PC系统故障、处理基本的网络通讯故障以及信息系统设备的维护

4、负责保管网络拓扑图以及各节点的点位线路图，确保网络各个站点保持整洁、堆放有序。

5、规划网络IP地址和MAC地址，限制连入局域网的上网计算机，对网络终端连入状况有清晰的了解。对网络终端上网行为管理规则进行规划，屏蔽与工作无关的网站、屏蔽某些关键词、监控P2P等软件的流量等。

6、负责公司服务器的安全性预防工作，设置策略每周进行一次完整杀毒，按应用系统的要求进行数据备份，以防数据的丢失，并尽可能还原丢失数据。

7、职员用户权限分配，系统使用培训、技术支持

8、公司软件新功能开发(ASP.NET+SQLServer)

9、公司已开发软件的日常维护：按领导或用户要求修改现有功能，完善健全系统功能、修正系统错误

10、定期对数据库的运行状态、日志文件、数据库的空间使用情况、系统资源的使用情况进行检查，发现并解决问题，并做好相应的记录，并定期检查的数据库备份完成情况

11、相关岗位设备的制度及SOP起草编制，根据文件的相关规定，对相关设备账号权限的管理

12、积极主动，配合其他部门的协同以及上级部门安排的其他工作

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件开发相关专业；

2、有2年以上药厂类企业IT工程师相关工作经验，有生产过程追溯系统实操经验；

3、具备软、硬件能力，能够独立负责全部it相关问题；

4、具备软件功能开发能力，熟悉(ASP.NET+SQLServer)编程语言。
