1负责项目所在城市的养老市场月报,包括:本地养老人口宏观数据、本地政策法规、新项目动态、竞争项目动态等;
2负责项目所在城市的养老项目的“城市地图”,包括:项目分布、项目价格、项目床位数、项目定位等;
3负责养老部门的政策法规库的持续更新;
4负责养老部门的案例信息库的持续更新;
5负责养老部门的客户访谈信息库的持续更新;
6负责本地城市客户需求研究;
7负责养老创新盈利模式研究;
8负责前瞻性创新产业案例研究及其他专项研究;
9负责国际及国内优秀项目的案例研究;

要求:
I、学历及专业背景要求(含资格证书要求)
学历:大学本科以上。
专业:医疗/管理/营销/金融/房地产等相关专业优先。
资格证书:无。
II、工作经验要求
工作经验:必须具备五年以上从事机构养老(护理院、老人院)投资、策划、顾问咨询等行业的项目操作经验及方案写作经验。
管理经验:拥有较强的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。

职位描述:
1,运用国内外先进诊疗、技术,积极开展新技术、新疗法,开展临床课题科研工作。
2,协助国际医疗部将先进海外医疗技术在本院落地
3,医务人员的业务培训和技术考核,组建技术梯队,并带领团队完成科室医教研工作
4,落实医疗制度,监督医护人员按照标准流程操作
5,对所属科室医疗工作提供专业指导,负责本科室人员配置与培养工作
6,定期参加专家门诊
要求:
职业/执业资格副高级及以上职称
工作/管理经验5年以上相关经验。
专业知识/技能对(心血管、肿瘤、康复方向)疾病有丰富的临床医疗经验。
能力素质治学严谨,工作尽职尽责,优秀的沟通能力。
