1.BusinessDevelopment

-Buildingstrongandlastingclientrelationshipsthroughexcellentinterpersonalskills

-Identifyinganddevelopingnewopportunitiesatexistingandnewclients

-WorkingwithPartnersandDirectorstodevelopcompellingpropositionswhichtargetrelevantclientissues

-SupportingthedevelopmentofRFPresponsestoclients

-Buildingtheirnetworkwithinthefirmtohelpdrivethecapabilityandtheirownvisibility

2.ClientService

-Deliveryofhighqualityadvisoryand/ortechnicalservicestoourclients

-Planning,managingandexecutingthedeliveryofengagementsorprojects,includingresponsibilityforthereviewandqualityassuranceofdeliverables

-Buildinglastingrelationshipswiththeirkeyclientstakeholders

-Identifyingandmanagingrisks,whilstmaximisingprofitabilityandensuringtheFirm'sframeworksareimplementedappropriatelyandeffectively

3.PracticeDevelopment

-Utilisingtheirpreviousandgrowingexperiencetobuildanddevelopknowledgewithintheteam

-Developingandbuildingonboththeirconsultinganddeliverycapability

-Deliveryandattendancetokeytraining

-HelpingourjuniorteammemberstodevelopthroughmentoringandmonitoringintheroleofaPerformanceManagerandbydisseminatingtheirownexperiencethroughouttheteam

Aspartofthisteam,youwillbeprovidingspecialisedconsultingservicesinBigDataStrategy,PlanningandImplementationtoclientsacrossdifferentindustries.

Theindividualwillhave:

-Bachelor'sdegree,preferablyinComputerScience,InformationSystems,andEngineering.

-10+yearsofBigDataanddatawarehousingexperience,candidateswithlessexperiencewillbeconsideredasManager

-Hands-onexperienceinleadingthedesign,developmentandimplementationofthebigdatasoftwareplatform

-ExtensiveunderstandingofdatabaseandanalyticaltechnologiesincludingMPPandNoSQLdatabases,datawarehousing,BI,andDashboarddesign

-ExtensiveunderstandingofHadooptechnologies.ProgrammingorscriptinglanguageslikeJava,Linux,C++,PHP,Ruby,Python,RandMatlib
