-Responsibleforassistingclientsinsystemdevelopmentprojectmanagementandsystemimplementationsupervision,andtakingtheresponsibilityofPMO,includingbutnotlimitedtorequirementandchangemanagement,systemdesignevaluation,baselinesettingandschedulecontrol,testingsupervision,go-livesupervision

职位描述

-负责协助客户完成系统开发的项目管理和系统实施监理，担任PMO职责。包括不限于系统开发的需求及变更管理、系统设计评估、基线设定及里程碑的进度控制工作、测试监督、上线监督等。

-负责提供系统开发流程优化及制度完善等咨询服务。

-负责提供系统开发过程中项目管理的相关培训。

职位要求

-本科毕业或以上，计算机及其相关专业，对金融产品开发有深刻的了解，具备5年或以上保险、银行或基金等实际项目开发、管控经验。

-熟悉项目管理过程知识，熟悉软件过程改进模型如PMP,CMMI经验者优先。

-熟悉云架构，微服务架构开发的优先。

-了解软件工程、编程规范、具有主动的软件过程控制意识。

-有强烈的责任心和事业心，有创新意识，有团队合作精神，并能承担一定的工作压力。

-良好的沟通和表达能力。
