篇3：实施顾问（深圳）岗位职责要求
职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.为客户提供岗位职责要求管理系统的项目实施，制定项目实施计划，把控项目进度及质量，做好项目风险管理，确保项目及时完成交付。
2.编写用户使用手册，为系统用户使用培训，解决客户在应用过程中遇到的问题。
3.为客户提供CSM服务，积极响应客户的需求及问题，提供解决方案，提升客户满意度。
4.跟踪、分析用户的系统使用情况，提出改进意见和方案，从而提升帐号活跃度和用户粘性度，确保项目顺利续约。
岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、企业管理、计算机相关专业优先。
2.2年及以上软件行业项目管理、CSM管理、岗位职责要求管理、管理咨询等相关工作经验。
3.优秀的理解能力和流畅的沟通能力，良好的客户服务精神。
4.有较好的问题解决能力，能够根据客户不同需求提供适合的解决方案。
5.快速学习的能力及较高的灵活性，思维活跃开放，能迅速接受新知识。
