-ManagingateamofKPMGprofessionalsonclientengagementsandprovidingleadershipandshapingdeliveryapproach

-DevelopappropriateclientrelationshipstoenhancethereputationofKPMGasadvisorofchoiceandidentifyfurtherclientopportunities

-Managingcompetingagendas/prioritiesandestablishachievableprogrammes/projects

-Takeasignificantroleinsharingknowledgeandsupportingthedevelopmentofotherteammembers

-Actasasubjectmatterexpertinadvisingclientstomaximisebenefitswhilereducingrisks

-Supportbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesincludingbidproposalandcontract/commercialmanagement

-Beingpassionateaboutareasofexpertise,managingyourowndevelopmentbylearningcontinuouslyfromexperienceandseekingoutdevelopmentopportunities

-Coachingteammemberstoensureexcellentclientdeliverywhilstalsoenablingtheircareerdevelopment

WearelookingforAssociateDirectorcandidateswithspecificexperienceandskillsinsomeofthefollowingcategories:

-ExperienceofworkingforamajoradvisorybusinessorleadingCorporateorganisation

-Experiencehelpingre-structureHRfunctions/teamstodeliveramoreoptimisedservice

Theindividualwillhave:

-Agoodtrackrecordofdeliveringhighqualityproject,orassignmentoutputswithafocusondeliveringmeasurablebusinessimprovementspreferablyfromworkingforamajoradvisorybusiness,consultancyorcorporate

-Planning,designingandshapingprojectworkstreams,managingprogress,resolvingissuesandlimitingrisks

-Meetingmilestoneswithintime,costandqualityconstraints

-Solidproblemsolvingskills,abilitytoanalysecomplexdata,identifycoreissues,investigate,evaluateandreachappropriateconclusions/solutions

篇3:实施顾问(深圳)岗位职责要求

职位描述

岗位职责

1.为客户提供岗位职责要求管理系统的项目实施,制定项目实施计划,把控项目进度及质量,做好项目风险管理,确保项目及时完成交付。

2.编写用户使用手册,为系统用户使用培训,解决客户在应用过程中遇到的问题。

3.为客户提供CSM服务,积极响应客户的需求及问题,提供解决方案,提升客户满意度。

4.跟踪、分析用户的系统使用情况,提出改进意见和方案,从而提升帐号活跃度和用户粘性度,确保项目顺利续约。

岗位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、企业管理、计算机相关专业优先。

2.2年及以上软件行业项目管理、CSM管理、岗位职责要求管理、管理咨询等相关工作经验。

3.优秀的理解能力和流畅的沟通能力,良好的客户服务精神。

4.有较好的问题解决能力,能够根据客户不同需求提供适合的解决方案。

5.快速学习的能力及较高的灵活性,思维活跃开放,能迅速接受新知识。
