咨询项目经理，是指企业咨询项目的负责人，负责带领团队进行咨询项目的开发设计，并监督实施，保证项目目标达成。

咨询项目经理的直接上级是咨询项目总监，直接下级是项目咨询师、咨询项目主管;

咨询项目经理岗位职责

1.在咨询项目前期，全面了解客户的需求，并对需求进行分析;

2.与客户进行商务洽谈工作，促成项目的销售;

3.根据市场调研结果、客户的实际需求以及咨询项目合同制定项目计划;
