注塑项目经理海门市中德电子发展有限公司海门市中德电子发展有限公司,海门市中德职责描述:
1、负责注塑产品开发全过程的实施和管理(项目管理);
2、评估项目项目可行性,制定项目计划,满足客户需求,传达和跟进执行,协调客户关系和内部关系;
3、评估新项目开发过程中所需资源状况和品质要求标准,综合客户和公司内部意见提出最优协调意见并跟进处理;
4、主导项目进度管控,合理分配各阶段各项工作任务,确保项目有序合理进行;
5、定期组织项目会议,检讨人员、物料、品质、成本、客户反馈信息等状况,采取有效措施,控制成本,提高客户满意度;
6、做好项目的风险把控。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,机械或模具设计相关专业;
2、5年以上项目管理能力和决策力经验;
3、熟悉注塑行业,会看模具图纸,熟悉模具结构以及加工工艺,熟悉UG等设计软件。
