仪表控制工程师DCSTheC&Iengineerensuresthesystemsandprocessescanoperateeffectively,efficientlyandsafely.Theroleismultidisciplinary,workingcloselywithcolleaguesacrossanumberoffunctions,suchasprocess,operations,andinformationsystems(IS).Andtoberesponsibleforallfacilitiescontrol&technicalissuesincludingdesignreview,equipmentcommissioning&spec/Datasheetreviewforallequipmentreliabilityandperformanceguaranteeineachplantoperationstage.
Engageappropriatesupporttoensurecompliancewithrelevanthealth,safetyandenvironmentalregulationsandqualitystandards
Design,developandtestnewequipmentcontrolsystemsandcompletecommissioningactivitiesontime;
Provideprogrammingdevelopment,testingandsupportforProgrammableLogicControllers(PLC),ComputerizedControlSystems,ControlWiring,ProcessControl,BuildingControlSystems,Instrumentalism,HumanMachineInterfaces(HMI)andprocessnetworks
BeproficientinDeltaVsystemandotherPLCcontrolsystem
Participateofselectionofequipmentinstrument,controlmoduleandothers
Analyzedataandpresentfindingsinclearwrittenreports
Learnplantoperationsandexistingsystems(control,network,datamanagement,etc.)Calibrateinstrumentation,optimizecontrolloopsandoptimizeadvancedcontrolsTheC&Iengineerensuresthesystemsandprocessescanoperateeffectively,efficientlyandsafely.Theroleismultidisciplinary,workingcloselywithcolleaguesacrossanumberoffunctions,suchasprocess,operations,andinformationsystems(IS).Andtoberesponsibleforallfacilitiescontrol&technicalissuesincludingdesignreview,equipmentcommissioning&spec/Datasheetreviewforallequipmentreliabilityandperformanceguaranteeineachplantoperationstage.

仪表设计工程师岗位职责
仪表设计工程师(武汉分公司)SMP上海森松制药设备工程有限公司,森松主要职责:
1)担当国际项目仪表专业的负责人,负责完成仪表的设计、选型工作;
2)负责完成项目仪电专业与客户的沟通;
3)负责完成仪表专业的设计工作(仪表选型及规格书设计、仪表平面布置图、接地系统图等);
4)负责施工阶段仪表工作的技术支持;
5)执行公司相关的专业技术规定、规范、标准和要求。
专业技能及经验要求:
1)3年以上相关行业连续工作经验;英语熟练,可以与国外客户进行熟练技术沟通,并能够用英语熟练书写;熟悉现场过程控制仪表;
2)熟练使用AUTOCAD,OFFICE,熟悉EPLAN,PDMS设计软件。
