YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

1.IamtheleaderofcontinuousimprovementprojectofChinacomponentteam,animatingtheprojecttoreach5yearsambition.

2.IamthepartnerofbusinessleadertomakethetransformationtowardsastrongcultureofcontinuousimprovementandoperationalexcellenceinsideChinacomponentteamandpartners;

3.ldelivertheCItraining&coachingtoourChinacomponentteammate(>90people)&buildupacomplementaryCIteam

4.Imakesomeconcreteonthefieldapplications.Itransformtheculture:GembaWalks,5S,Problemsolving,CIprojectmanagement.Idoitwithourindustrialpartnerswithconcretetargetsandactions,tochangethebehaviorsandwayofworkinginpartners.(morethan9partners)

5.Idevelopaninternationalofferof'learnings'accessibletothegreatestnumber.Isetinplaceallmeanstodevelopskillsandchangethepracticesfromdaytoday(training,elearnings...)

6.AsonememberofOPEXteam,IcontributetodeveloptheglobalnetworkofCIrelaysineachteam

工作职责Responsibility:

1.Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementinfactoriesandworkincoordinationwithallareasofoperations,production,administrationandthefrontend,utilizingthelatestandbestinclasstoolsandmethodologiesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:SixSigma,LeanManufacturingandcomparabletechniques.

2.DevelopImprovementPlansandexecuteontheimplementationoftheseplans.Identifydetailedmilestones,responsibleandclear,specificandachievableshortandlongtermgoalswithquantifiableobjectives.

3.Develop,implementandmaintainKeyPerformanceMetricstomeasuretheresultsachievedVsthegoalstargetedontheImprovementPlans.Monitortheperformanceonamonthlybasisofthemainobjectivesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:OTD,ProductivityandEfficiency,OverTime,QualityPerformanceasPPM’s(ExternalandInternal),OperatingIncome,TotalCostSavings(Matrix),CostofQuality,etc.

4.Developandestablishcontinuousimprovementandcrossfunctionaldisciplineteams.Providethetraining,guidanceandmentoringoftheseteamstoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement,developexecutionplansandassuretheeffectiveandsuccessfulimplementationoftheseplansachievingtheexpectedgoals.

5.ImplementaMotivationalandRecognitionProgramtoempowerandencourageallthepersonneltoidentifyandsuggestideasforthecontinuousimprovementofprocesses,products,methods,efficiency,quality,etc.

6.Leadandcontributetotherefinementanddevelopmentofexistentandnewoperationalrequirementsandstandards,andchampiontheadoptionofIndustry’sBestPractices&TechnologiesasrequiredandasthesebestpracticesprovetobebeneficialandinlinewiththeGlobalOrganizationalObjectives.

7.Identifyandmakesuggestionstothecompany’suppermanagement,onadetailedandprofessionalproject/planwithanalysisofROIand/orspecificbenefitsforthecompany,onnewequipment,technologies,processesorsystemsthatmaycontributetoachievetheOrganizationalObjectives.

8.MeetorexceedonamonthlybasistheGoalsdeterminedforcontinuousimprovement,costssavingsandOIfortheAsiadivisions.Andtimelyreport.

●主导平台级持续改善黑带项目:组织项目团队,运用DMAIC等结构化方法论,针对平台级重要共性问题挖掘根因并实施改善,全面保证项目成果的交付落地及整体目标实现。

●培养及发展持续改善人才:作为精益六西格玛黑带,辅导并发展组织内精益六西格玛黄带、绿带人员,支持黄绿带培训、辅导和认证工作,确保项目从根因解决上实施有时效的、可持续的和可接受的改进方案。

●推进持续改善文化:担任业务BP,在服务体验部各业务及交付中心推进持续改善文化的落地,对业务的策略制定、项目选择、数据分析等方面给出专业可行的指导建议。

●协助构建系统的持续改善体系。

●本科以上学历,5年以上持续改善、流程优化、数据分析、项目管理等相关工作经验,服务行业及互联网行业优先,COPC认证优先;
