工作职责Responsibility:

1.Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementinfactoriesandworkincoordinationwithallareasofoperations,production,administrationandthefrontend,utilizingthelatestandbestinclasstoolsandmethodologiesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:SixSigma,LeanManufacturingandcomparabletechniques.

2.DevelopImprovementPlansandexecuteontheimplementationoftheseplans.Identifydetailedmilestones,responsibleandclear,specificandachievableshortandlongtermgoalswithquantifiableobjectives.

3.Develop,implementandmaintainKeyPerformanceMetricstomeasuretheresultsachievedVsthegoalstargetedontheImprovementPlans.Monitortheperformanceonamonthlybasisofthemainobjectivesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:OTD,ProductivityandEfficiency,OverTime,QualityPerformanceasPPM’s(ExternalandInternal),OperatingIncome,TotalCostSavings(Matrix),CostofQuality,etc.

4.Developandestablishcontinuousimprovementandcrossfunctionaldisciplineteams.Providethetraining,guidanceandmentoringoftheseteamstoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement,developexecutionplansandassuretheeffectiveandsuccessfulimplementationoftheseplansachievingtheexpectedgoals.

5.ImplementaMotivationalandRecognitionProgramtoempowerandencourageallthepersonneltoidentifyandsuggestideasforthecontinuousimprovementofprocesses,products,methods,efficiency,quality,etc.

6.Leadandcontributetotherefinementanddevelopmentofexistentandnewoperationalrequirementsandstandards,andchampiontheadoptionofIndustry’sBestPractices&TechnologiesasrequiredandasthesebestpracticesprovetobebeneficialandinlinewiththeGlobalOrganizationalObjectives.

7.Identifyandmakesuggestionstothecompany’suppermanagement,onadetailedandprofessionalproject/planwithanalysisofROIand/orspecificbenefitsforthecompany,onnewequipment,technologies,processesorsystemsthatmaycontributetoachievetheOrganizationalObjectives.

8.MeetorexceedonamonthlybasistheGoalsdeterminedforcontinuousimprovement,costssavingsandOIfortheAsiadivisions.Andtimelyreport.

6.Soundandhands-onworkingexperiencemanagingandeffectivelyimplementingContinuousImprovementToolsandMethodologiesasLeanManufacturing,SixSigmaandcomparabletechniques,withverifiableandquantifiableachievements.

7.Excellentproblemmanagement,troubleshootingandanalyticalskills.

8.Workingexperienceonthefollowingmanufacturingprocesses:CNCmachining,PlasticMolding,Die-Casting,MetalStamp&Forming,Plating.

9.Knowledge,understandingandgoodinterpretationoftheorganization’sfinancialinformation.
