岗位职责:
1、IE部门的日常管理(人员管理、职责分工、流程优化、标准建立、绩效考核);
2、制订完整的现场IE改善的行动计划,并负责执行和推广;
3、产能评估,资源优化,持续改善生产效率,协助生产线解决问题;
4、标准化分析研究(操作分析,流程分析),确定标准化流程,提高管理效率;
5、制造成本分析,降低报废成本,制造成本。
任职资格:
1、工业工程/机械设计与自动化/电子相关专业,3年以上IE主管/经理相关工作经验;
2、熟练运用IE七大手法进行生产改善活动,精通精益生产体系运作,能推行精益生产改善并持续实施;
3、熟悉现场人力管控,有现场5S推行与目视管理推行经验;
4、擅长项目计划及统筹、预算控制、资源统筹、质量控制、进度管理;
5、具备独立开展和组建IE体系的能力;
6、具备识别工厂浪费的能力及改善对策拟定的能力;
7、通过六西格玛绿带者优先;
8、有团队组建与扩充经验者优先;
9、有日企IE专职工作经验优先。

YOUROBJECTIVE
Collaboratingwithproductdevelopment&Decathlonproductionteams,youwillImanageindustrializationwithmanufacturingsupplierstoensureastable&reliableprocessfromtheinitialdesignvalidationtomassproductionphase.

6.Focusinoverallcapacityplanning,manufacturingprocessscalabilityandoverallbringupplanofmultiplefactorysitesthatincludesfactoryspace,workforceplanning,trainingandproductionlinesqualifications.
7.Ensuretheproductscanbesuccessfullydevelopedandduplicatedindifferentsupplierswithstablequalityandproductivity.
8.Checktheefficiencyofaproductionlinetooptimizethecostanddecreaseleadtime.
