岗位职责:
1、负责公司全球研发中心在上海的研发项目管理,工作直接汇报给总部。
任职条件:
本科以上学历,八年以上工作经验
五年以上仪器仪表行业开发项目管理及团队管理经验
机械工程、电子、机电一体化、控制工程专业等工科类专业
至少精通一类开发工具,如:Solidworks、AltiumDesigner、C++,C#系列语言、Android应用开发
精通项目管理流程和管理软件
精通英文商务邮件通信,熟练组织国际英文电话会议
精通英文开发资料阅读与编写,听说能力强者优先
有科学仪器开发经验者优先
熟悉新产品开发项目的输入输出要求
熟悉新产品开发项目的实施,监督、控制
熟悉新产品开发产品化衔接过程
能适应国外短期出差

职责描述:
销售经理(仪器设备)1名
1.负责区内销售项目的跟踪,与相关部门协调工作,提供区内各销售人员需要的相关支持,组建销售团队,熟悉各家供应商、厂家及产品,以利于顺利完成销售项目。
2.维护重点客户和难点客户关系,完成部分技术支持工作,与客户进行技术交流;以确保辖区内客户关系的稳定和可持续性发展;完成上级交办的任务,以利于部门内外协作
3.具有较强的销售能力及工作经验,熟悉政府采购法及相关法律知识,能独立完成项目组建团队,负责收集市场和行业信息加深了解;
4.对市场营销工作有较深刻认知,有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力,良好的口头及书面表达能力会编制标书,懂得政府采购招投标技巧。了解仪器设备、厂家及相关渠道和知识;
5.诚信,稳重,责任心强,有团队协作精神,能承受压力,主动积极。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,同行业工作经验3年以上,化学,化工,生物,医药,食品,环境,农学,仪器分析等相关专业优先;
2、性格开朗,积极乐观,善于接受新事物和挑战,具备良好的职业素质。
3、具备较强的学习能力和沟通能力,较好的文字和语言表达能力。

·ExperienceofworkinginSichuan/ChongqingProvince.
·Understandsandmanageswithinatechnicalenvironment.

·Over5yearsworkingexperienceinthemetalsrelatedindustry,suchasmetalsmanufacturing,processing,PMI,Automotivemanufacturing.
