篇2：不动产资深项目经理职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
工作职责：
1、作为不动产项目PM，负责从项目早期租赁介入、准备、建立、实施、竣工、验收到项目关闭整个过程中的所有交付管理；
2、有效调动供应商资源，实施有效供应商应用及管理，保证项目按合同要求、客户期望以及终端店面装修设计及施工标准要求高质量交付；
3、负责项目团队建设、资源协调、控制项目计划进度和预算，保证资源及时到位和释放；
4、控制项目风险，重大问题向Sponsor和管理层升级求助；保持客户例行沟通,保障项目交付的客户满意度。
任职要求：
业务技能要求：
1、本科学历及以上，工程管理或项目管理相关专业；
2、五年以上大型高端品牌店面装修项目经理经验，作为项目负责人，交付过高端品牌店面装修项目；
3、熟悉土建/机电/装修工程业务运作模式和工程建设规范，了解合同、分包、采购、商务等基础知识；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神及人际沟通能力。有良好的目标导向，和工作文化的适应能力和抗压能力，能够吃苦耐劳,能适应海外出差需要（短期），英语可作为工作语言。

移动产品销售岗位职责
工作职责:
负责区域内关节臂、蓝光、Aicon三维测量系统等移动式测量产品的销售工作:包括新客户的开发,现有客户的维护,售前技术交流,商务合同和技术协议签订等。
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,机电、计量及相关专业的优先;
2、有1年以上测量产品或机械设备销售经验的优先;
3、具备良好的人际沟通能力、分析能力及团队合作精神;
4、英语听说读写能力良好,办公软件操作熟练;
5、能够适应经常出差,热爱工作带来的挑战。
