职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.负责软件产品技术路线，公司软件产品的全周期研发管理，研发进度和质量管控；

2.负责软件产品架构、技术可行性分析；

3.负责对接产品开发需求，及任务分解，与项目经理一起推进项目实施；

4.主导项目的开发工作；并根据软件开发规范，产品需求完成系统的技术方案，包含概要设计、数据库设计等；并负责方案的实现，包括系统架构、模块设计，和核心模块代码编写；按计划提交高质量、规范的代码和相关文档；

5.负责源代码质量、开发设计文档和面向用户文档的输出、审核和归档。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、软件行业5年以上软件开发工作经验，3年以上软件团队技术管理经验；；

3、掌握主流应用服务器如Tomcat等；具有Windows、Linux或Unix下开发和维护经验；

4、掌握MVC架构模式和J2EE设计模式，精通主流B/S技术架构，掌握一种主流数据库的部署和维护，包括但不限于Oracle，MySQL等；

5、精通至少一种开发语言，如Java，PhP，Python等；

6、熟悉云计算平台的设计，规划，部署和维护，具有大规模虚拟化设计和部署的经验者优先；

7、有工作热情，具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，抗压能力强；

8、有网络安全产品开发经验者优先；

9、有敏捷开发经验者优先。
