NOC自动化运营专家职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
工作职责：
1、作为全球自动化运维领域专家，自动化运营组织核心成员，参与构建自动化运营能力；
2、结合自动化运营指标体系、方法、流程，端到端审视和梳理自动化运营问题；
3、识别并推动相关责任人解决，提升自动化运维水平，提升NOC自动化运营效率。
任职要求：
业务技能要求：
1、沟通能力、学习能力较强，英语可作为工作语言；
2、作为领域专家，端到端跟进和推动自动化运营进展，对结果负责；
3、有一定的软件编程经验优先；
专业知识要求：
1.计算机、通信相关专业毕业（本科/硕士）；
2.3年及以上通信技术服务类工作经验，具备至少一种（含无线、微波、接入网、数通等）现场维护经验，熟悉2/3/4G网络；
3.可结合已掌握专业知识经验，梳理并优化现有自动化规则。
