岗位职责:

1.带领测试团队,使用成熟商业软件与公司产品进行对比测试,对现有产品的可用性、易用性做出评估并提出改进方案,持续优化产品的用户体验。

2.参与产品的规划构思与交互流程设计,制定并实施交互设计规范。

3.参与用户研究,开展大数据分析和用户行为分析,根据用户研究的结果对软件设计方案进行优化。

4.与UI设计师、功能测试人员、开发人员配合顺畅,对产品的整体用户体验与交互设计质量负责。

任职要求:

1.计算机、机械、工业设计等相关专业背景,3年以上软件测试经验;

2.熟悉软件测试流程;

3.带领过测试团队或技术团队者优先考虑;

4.具有较强的领导能力,统筹能力和沟通能力,可适应出差
