IT流程经理岗位职责
流程与IT高级经理吉祥腾达深圳市吉祥腾达科技有限公司,吉祥腾达负责公司流程与IT团队的规划、梳理、建设和运营:
1)各领域流程架构设计与梳理
2)业务流程梳理、打通与优化
3)流程管理体系建设、流程运行分析改善
4)IT团队建设、业务流程IT化,IT项目的主导与实施等
5)负责业务流程相关体系、方法和工具的培训,推动体系内提升流程管理意识和能力
任职要求:
1)本科及以上学历,5年以上流程管理、运营管理相关工作经验;
2)具有成功的流程设计、流程优化、流程再造、IT有无到有等流程IT领域管理实践经验;
3)熟练掌握流程管理理论知识体系和方法;
4)良好的项目管理能力、数据分析能力和语言表达能力。

流程产品经理职责描述:
从服务产品角度优化,分析并优化服务团队的工作流程,提升客服人员的服务质量和运营效率:
1.负责服务相关产品的设计、迭代和运营;
2.制定服务流程及服务指标,具有基本的SOP分解能力;
3.监控服务质量,提高客户满意度;
4.持续优化内部流程,提升客服人员的服务质量和运营效率。
任职要求:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,计算机专业优先;
2.有互联网产品经理/呼叫中心流程工作经验者优先考虑;
3.学习能力强,自我驱动型,能承受压力;
4.数据分析能力强,有较强的逻辑思维能力;
