驻厂QC岗位职责
岗位职责:
(1)了解客人的品质要求、产品特点、经营宗旨和理念;
(2)备齐所有查货资料:样办、制单、物料卡、布色卡资料;
(3)详细消化相关资料,了解并掌握该单货品的主、辅料情况和工艺技术要求;
(4)向工厂负责人了解工厂生产进度情况,好安排查货时间;
(5)剪办寄回公司做纱比测试;
(6)QC查布时间点为(开机去、收尾去、中间时段抽查胚布品质,每台机不连号抽查3疋,如有问题连号查;
(7)检查货品生产的品质及技术水准;
(8)做好书面报告并抽回具有代表性的疵品给公司定夺;
(9)给人以干练整洁、专业、大方得体、表达良好的形象,有关产品质量的分歧以委婉合作的态度去沟通解决;
(10)验货报告应整洁、文字语法应精练明了、严重的主要问题要写在醒目的当头并加上注明符号;
(11)对查过的货品要摆放整齐、有序,正品、次品分开,并叫工厂负责人查看确认,以免被受查单位反投诉;
(12)检查布匹的布面效果,手感、布封、重量、缩水、协助公司剪办寄客,不合格不可上卷;
(13)若货品经检查后发现有问题或引致退货,应立即通知厂方负责人加以更改,修正后再查验,合格后才收货,若问题严重应抽取具代表性的货品回公司向上司报告,由公司作出裁决,作出裁决之前QC应通知厂方暂停下货,同时应将相关问题记录在验货报告上(查货日期、性质、地点、厂名、查货数量、结果、大小疵点总数,QC及厂方负责人之签名证明),验货报告给厂方一份,走货前QC员须从大货中抽取所有物料与大货相同的船头办及公司存货办;
(14)检查包装辅料、箱唛是否有错、货品包装方法、颜色数量搭配是否正确、所包装货品之款号与合约是否相同,若有错漏应立即通知有关人员进行修改。
任职要求:
(1)熟悉纺织生产流程及工艺流程,有3年以上大型贸易公司或纺企QC从业经验;
(2)熟悉4分制查布标准,对颜色比较敏感;
(3)熟练电脑办公软件操作;
(4)性格开朗,吃苦耐劳、善于沟通协调;
(5)可以出差驻厂(广东省内)。
