测试分析员岗位职责

工作职责:

1.负责原辅料样品的物理和化学检验,以及相关检测的方法转移、方法确认和方法验证

2.严格按照相关流程(分析方法和程序等)进行实验、记录、计算和数据审核

3.负责实验室日常5S工作的开展,配合完成5S审计工作

4.及时反馈及解决分析过程中出现的各类问题或突发状况,确保GMP符合性

5.认真执行公司的各项EHS/IP政策,定期参与相关培训

6.积极参与客户审计和各项检测,及时完成发现项的整改

7.参与流程的维护和优化,确保执行流程

8.与生产部和项目部保持沟通顺畅,保证项目分析工作的顺利开展

9.合理使用仪器设备和设施,解决初级仪器故障,及时反馈仪器故障

10.协助主管进行现场管理,保持环境整洁,保证满足5S符合性和EHS要求。确保实验室安全和自身的人员安全

11.协助部门领导建设一个高效率的团队

任职资格:

1.化学相关专业,大专以上学历。

2.了解分析检测和质量管理

3.一定的英文读写能力

4.计算机良好

5.较强地协调沟通能力和执行力

6.具有独立工作和解决问题的能力

7.对分析仪器有较好的使用能力
