篇2:研发技术支持岗位职责研发技术支持职责任职要求
研发技术支持岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.熟悉光伏逆变器产品的原理,性能,协助销售人员沟通确认客户的技术需求,技术相关的问题的应答和澄清;
2.根据客户技术要求,作出解决方案,对逆变器&储能系统作出软硬件调整和修改;
3.协助完成产品及销售工作,为完成销售目标进行相关的客户关系协调;
4.给销售人员、售前、售后人员提供深度技术支持和培训;
5.对接研发,提出机型整改方案并跟踪实施,给规划产品战略发展方向和制定产品的策略提供建议和改进计划;
6.上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求:
1、电气工程及其自动化专业或电力电子专业,本科或以上学历,2年以上逆变器研发经验;
2、了解并网逆变器或储能逆变器基本拓扑以及常用控制方法;
3、了解通信电源或充电模块基本拓扑以及常用控制方法;
4、了解电源系统EMC/EMI设计;
5、熟练使用Mathcad,AltiumDesigner等EDA软件;
6、熟悉电源系统的常用指标,熟悉测试方法。
