实施技术支持岗位职责
职责描述:
1.协助项目经理完成公司项目的实施工作,并负责项目的后期技术支持工作;
2.负责产品的安装部署及根据需要负责客户的培训工作;
3.负责公司应用产品的故障处理及技术支持等运维工作;
4.负责与客户沟通,高效准确定位故障,及时处理并汇报,提供技术支持;
5.有良好的团队合作精神及沟通表达能力,能准确的反映实施或维护过程中的进度与问题。
任职要求:
1.对工作有热情,态度积极主动,有责任心;
2.有吃苦精神和钻研精神,能够独立思考处理问题;
3.有自主学习能力,能够主动学习相关知识,提升技能;
4.有较好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力;
5.有良好的工作态度,工作认真仔细,按时按质完成公司部署的工作,并且能够适应阶段性出差;
6.熟悉使用Tomcat、Weblogic等应用中间件、熟悉Apache、IIS等web应用服务并熟练配置;
7.熟悉使用MySQL、SQLServer、ORACLE等数据库,具备一定的管理和应用经验。
