ME制程工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责新项目产品试产与批量生产。
2、新项目产线的规划和配置,辅助工装夹具的设计与申请。
3、负责项目质量,产量和功效的持续提升。
4、负责产品缺陷故障排除的分析解决。
5、负责为产线机种转换和品质异常排除提供技术支持。
6、负责主导ECO的发行,执行以及相关文件系统的维护。
7、负责协助项目团队,最大限度地配合出货需求。
8、负责缺陷分析和质量情况分析跟踪改善。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,电子/机械相关专业,英语良好,计算机熟练。
2、5年以上PCBA行业ME/PE经验,熟悉PCBA(SMT/DIP)制造流程。
3、有直接对应客户的项目经验,熟悉IATF16949体系要求,有汽车电子项目经验者优先。

9.Initiatecontinuousimprovementprojectfocusingonprocessimprovementbyqualityand/or6sigma
toolstosupportthereductionofCOPQ.
10.Tobesupportivewhenrequiredfromanyotherqualityfunction.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelordegreeandmajorinsciencetechnologyorrelated.
2.Minimum3years’workexperienceinqualityfield.(itispreferredwithprocessqualityexperience)
3.KnowledgeforqualitysystemISO9001,IATF16949orISO13485.
4.Familiarwithstatistical/qualitytools,i.e.8D,5WHY,PDCA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,andMinitabetc.
5.GoodcommunicationskillinbothChineseandEnglish.(ItwouldbeokiforalEnglishisnotgood,butwritingandreadingshouldbequalified.)
6.Befamiliarwiththeapplicationofofficesoftware,suchasWord,Excel,PPT,andOutlooketc.
