职责:1、落实本区域销售目标:执行公司销售计划和促销策略,跟进并完成公司指定的销售指标2、终端销售管理:对商场及超市BA人员进行管理;组织并执行所辖区域的各项促销活动;3、货品和账目管理:合理维护专柜库存,核对账目,及时收回款项;4、市场信息反馈:做好相关销售信息管理工作,及时收集并反馈市场信息。任职要求:1、大专及以上学历;2、百货渠道或快消渠道(行业为化妆品或日用百货)销售管理经验优先;3、具备销售团队管理经验,有较强的数据分析能力;4、具备良好的客情协调沟通能力;5、熟悉办公软件(EXCEL、WORD、PPT);6、能够适应不定期出差。
