-Competition:Improvingthemarketandcompetitiveintelligenceprocessesincludingaccurateandobjectivemarketdataandwon/lostorderanalyses.

-Customersatisfaction:inaccordancewithmarketing,application,collaborationandservicefortargetcustomers’problemssolving.Buildandmaintaingoodcustomerrelationship.

-Leadership:highperformanceteamdevelopmentandstrategydevelopmentinregionformarketsharegaining;

-Businessplanningandforecastinginresponsiblemodalityformanagementreviewandreport.

Qualification:

-Bachelordegreewithmajoredinmedicalorbio-engineer

-Minimum5yearsexperienceinsales/marketingexperienceinthefieldofclinicalorengineeringindustryatmultinationalcompany.Minimum5yearsexperienceinclinicalmarketing/applicationorprojectmanagementwithgoodcustomerrelationshipmanagementskills

-Excellentknowledgeofultrasoundworkflow,productrelated,marketingandprojectmanagement

-ExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish

-AbletoinfluencecustomersinawaytohaveapositiveattitudetowardsSiemensproduct,beingtheleaderofproject

产品:IVD体外诊断试剂,偏向于心内科(心血管)相关、胸痛类检测产品

在副总经理指导下,完成具体某一产品的从需求提出到最终上市的全流程,包括:

1、负责相关产品线的销售和市场规划、市场推广策略及市场行动计划,协调市场部和各区域落实该行动计划;

2、组织各类宣传资料、产品资料和培训资料,及时对销售人员和相关人员进行产品培训和销售技巧培训;

3、负责协调相关产品线的市场推广活动;

4、与各区域负责人协商并制定相关产品线的市场推广活动方案和行动计划,负责该产品线的市场推广方案的执行和落实;

5、制定相关产品线的销售策略并执行;

6、IVD会议的参与学习交流与内部推广,掌握产品的实时前沿趋势;

7、配合副总完成其他工作。

任职要求:

1、医药、生物相关专业本科以上学历;

2、熟悉销售市场,具有一年以上医药行业产品经理或助理工作经验,熟悉新产品推广工作;

3、具有良好的策略规划能力、影响力及行业敏感度;

4、具有优秀的语言和文字表达能力及公关协调能力;

5、认真严谨、责任心强,善于思考,条理清晰。
