1、拓展符合公司战略发展方向的内外部创新资源、项目和平台;

2、研究行业动态和政策导向,吸引和推荐符合要求的项目落地;

3、对接各种企业及行业资源,为落地项目寻找市场出口;

4、引进政策扶持项目,指导协助企业申请各类支持;

5、负责对接资本和服务机构,解决企业资金和其他需求;

6、负责帮助企业规划成长路径,整合人力、科技、市场、政策、资本资源,构筑良好的落地生态系统。

任职条件:

1、全日制本科及以上学历;理工科背景;

2、有智能制造行业工作经历2年以上;

3、有创业经历或担任副总、总助等经营管理类岗位2年以上;

4、优秀的组织协调能力、人际交往能力;

TheME-PMhasgoodbusinessunderstandingandisabletoapplythistoassignedprojects/activities.TheME-PMworksaccordingtoexistingstandardsandprocedures.TheME-PMadaptsandimprovesmethodsaspartofdailywork.

Thepurposewiththispositionistoplanandexecuteprojectsinplants.

ThiscanbeProductDevelopmentProjects,PMTactivities,TransferprojectsorotherprojectsinitiatedbyGrouporLocalManagement.

TheManufacturingEngineeringProject(ME-PM)isonbehalfofthelocalPlantManagement(PlantMgmt.)responsibleforprojectmanagementofassignedprojects.

ThepositioniskeytoensuresuccessfulintegrationofprojectsandimprovementsinthelocalPlantandherbyenablestimelyreleaseofglobalProductDevelopmentprojectaswellProductLineManagementactivities.

Developmentprojects

?EnsurelocalscopeclarificationandresourcedemandandalignmentwithlocalPlantManagement.

?Deliveraspromised:ResponsibleforPlanning,execution,controllingandrealizationofScope,timeschedule,investment,cost&manning.

?CoordinatelocalactivitieswithinME,SupplyChain,manufacturingandEHS.

?CoordinateinterfaceinprojectslocallywithQualityandPurchasing.

?LocallyagreeuponneededresourceswithinME,SupplyChain,manufacturingandEHS.

?Responsibleforlocaldeliveriesandensureeachdepartmentdeliverasagreedandaccordingtotheplan.

?Responsibleforexecutingofinvestmentforequipment(incl.Cashflow.)

?ResponsibleforallequipmentVPCexecution.Timeandschedule.

?IncaseoftheProductDevelopmentProjectsareexecutedinoneplantonlytheManufacturingEngineeringProjectManagercantaketheresponsibilitytoexecutethedeliveriesandreportdirectlytotheGPDM.

?ReportstatustoAMEManufacturingProductManagerorGPDMtowardseachstagegatemeetingandmonthlyfollowup.

OtherprojectandTask:

?Responsibleforallotherprojects,includingexecutionofProductlineactivities/Engineeringtask,ECMchanges,transfersandotherrelevantprojects.

ProductManagementactivities

?TheME-PMrepresentthelocalManufacturingPlant,andmustensurethevoiceofPlantistakenintoaccountinProductlineactivities.i.e.ensureimpact,benefitsandconsequencesintheManufacturingplantareclear.

?TakepartinProductlineactivitiesandactonbehalfofthelocalPlant.ThiswillincludeallactivitiesfromPlanningofnewprojectstoexecutionofprojects(incl.Variants,QualityandDtVactivities).

?CoordinateProductlineactivitiesacrossthelocalmanufacturingPlantandcoordinatewithstakeholdersoutsidethePlant(Otherplantsand/orMPM).

职位要求：

?TheME-PMprioritizeindependentlyintheprojectwithintheprojectframe/directionssetbytheMPM.

?Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoexplainandarguekeypurposeandbenefitofprocessacrossdifferentprofessionalsandorganizationallevels.

?Musthaveahighdriveandpassiontolead,makeresultsanddeliver,andatthesametimekeephighqualitystandards.

?MustbeabletoworkphysicallyinBjerringbro,Denmarkonaday-to-daybasisbutsometravellingislikelytoberequired(willvaryaccordinglytoactivities).
