(1)企业业务目标趋势分析,分析企业在智能楼宇业务方面所面临的机会与威胁;

(2)市场分析,掌握智能楼宇业务市场环境,对客户进行细分;

(3)竞争对手分析,分析企业在智能楼宇业务方面面临的主要竞争对手与其对本企业造成的威胁与压力;

(4)战略策略规划,根据企业趋势预测、市场环境分析与竞争对手分析,制定相应的企业业务及产品战略;
