ProjectExecuitiveofOperations展会运营项目主管德国慕尼黑展览慕尼黑展览(上海)有限公司,德国慕尼黑展览Responsibilities:

1.Implementprojectoperationplanandcoordinateconcurrentevents.

2.ResponsibleforworkflowdesignatedbytheDMtoprovideeffectiveandin-timesupporttotheprojectteams

3.Buildcloserelationshipwithgovernmentorganizationslikethecustoms,fireprotection,securityandotherunits

4.Setupandmaintainclosecontactwithexhibitioncentres,officialboothcontractorandofficialforwarder,supervisenon-officialboothcontractor

5.Responsibleforexhibitorserviceincludingboothconstruction、transportation、furnitureandelectricity,coordinatecustomsdeclarationetc.

6.Responsibleforvisalettersandapplicationsforexhibitorsandvisitorsaswellashotelreservationsincoordinationwithtravelagency

7Provideon-sitecoordinationbetweenexhibitorsandexhibitioncenter,suppliers

8.Communicateandcoordinatewiththeprojectteamonmattersasconstructionsuites,internationalexhibitorserviceandotherfuturecooperationwithheadquartercompany.

1.Atleast2~3years’experienceinexhibitionorrelatedindustry

2.Experienceinworkingwithgovernmentorganizations

3.Experienceinboothconstructionispreferred

4.Stronginplanning,organizingandcoordination,goodcommunicationskills

3、新项目开发、新员工培训、新创意方案;

4、项目成本、执行、协调等统筹把控;

职位要求

1、有3-5年以上会展相关工作经验;

3、有2年以上团队培训、管理经验;

4、有2次以上全程境外独立带团经验;

5、有较强的语言和文字表达能力;良好沟通协调能力、亲和力;
