RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Establishautomotiveoperationsystem,qualitysystem,procurementandsupplysysteminlocalsubsidiaries.
2.WorkwithcorporateCEOandCTOtonegotiate,discussanddevelopautomotivebusinesswithglobaltier1suppliers.
3.Developautomotiveoperationplanandcommitontimedeliverytocustomers.
4.Directandcoordinateplantoperationswithincompanypoliciesandprocedures.
5.Workwithtechnicalteamtodevelopautomotiveproducts,phaseinvolumeproduction.
6.Responsiblefortheplanningandgradualintroductionofadvancedproductionmanagementsystemsandconceptsintheautomotiveindustry,suchasautomatedproduction,MESsystems,andleanproduction.
7.Responsibleforautomotiveproductqualitycontrol.
KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelordegreeorabove.
2.Automotiveindustryinsider.
3.Morethan7yearsofmanagementexperienceinoneormoredepartmentssuchasproduction,qualityandsupplyofautomotiveindustry,workexperienceintier1suppliersispreferred.
4.GoodatbothEnglishandChinese,canbeusedasworkinglanguage(writtenandspoken)

篇2：生产经理（禽牧行业）工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
1.组织建立和完善生产指挥系统，制定生产计划，检查生产工作，确保生产任务的完成。
2.根据生产运行计划，掌握生产进度，搞好各车间的协调，组织分配劳动力，及时联系解决生产缺口物资，平?调度设备材料。
3.抓好设备管理，提出更新改造方案，定期组织维修保养，提高设备完好率和利用率。
4.负责生产中的技术和质量保证工作，发现问题及时组织解决和处理，重大问题直接报总经理。

3、善于应对突发事故，丰富的沟通和协调能力
4、良好的职业道德及职业操守。
