工业地产项目岗位职责
工业地产项目法务合规运营上海融启投资上海融启投资管理有限公司,上海渊翔投资管理有限公司,上海融启投资,融启财富,融启岗位职责:
1、进行上海某工业用地的项目规划、开发及后期销售项目法律合规操作;
2、根据经营管理需要,对国内重要法律及监管法规变化进行跟踪,提供法律提示分析建议;
3、参与对投资项目进行尽职调查,设计交易架构,进行合规性审查等。
任职资格:
1、民商法、经济法、国际经济法等相关法律专业;
2、有相关工业地产法律合规工作经理,至少3年以上工作经验;
3、通过国家司法考试(或具有律师资格);具有证券从业资格或基金从业资格者优先;
4、负责项目运行中所涉及的重大事项的协调,确保项目各项目标顺利实现;
5、负责参与项目洽谈工作,协调项目方、合作方和政府相关职能部门关系;
6、有五大房地产咨询机构工作经验者优先。
