1、制定销售策略和销售流程,拟定销售计划,执行并反馈;

2、监督、汇报销售任务的完成情况;

3、控制并管理整体业务发展,并对现场售楼处进行管理;

4、开展置业顾问的培训,以有效完成公司销售经营目标;

5、维护并开拓客户建立经常性联系渠道;

6.负责客户/销售渠道的建立。对接和维护;

任职要求:

1.大专及以上学历,英语熟练,男女不限;

2.有3年以上房地产业务团队运营或管理经验,有海外房地产工作经历者优先;

3.对海外房地产行业有自己的想法和思路,有效协助团队提升业务能力;

4.接人待物大方得体,细致耐心,工作积极主动,认真负责;做事有条理,善于处理繁杂事务;

5.沟通能力强,有较强的服务意识,善于沟通协调
