1、完成所辖出发站/目的地代理产品相关业绩指标;
2、熟悉指定目的地的相关出发地批发商信息;

任职资格:

篇3：海外房地产经理岗位职责
海外房地产项目施工经理浙江乐到新能源汽车有限公司浙江乐到新能源汽车有限公司,乐到新能源,乐到1.全面负责公司海外房地产项目的现场施工管理工作;
2.监督检查公司所属工程的质量、进度、安全生产等工作;
3.参与组织工程分部分项验收,对不合格项目及时做出处理意见;
4.参与工程竣工、备案验收;
5.参与制定整个工程建设进度计划;
6.及时检查项目施工资料及竣工资料
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,工民建等相关专业,中级以上职称,一级建造师证书;
2、五年以上施工大中型施工企业现场管理经验,具有3个5万平方米以上工程同等职位管理经验;
3、熟悉项目整体动作流程,能够对工作进度及成本、安全进行有效控制,有较强的团队领导能力工作责任心;
4、具有较强的团队领导能力和组织协调能力,勇于开拓,作风踏实干练;
5、有海外房地产施工经验管理者优先考虑;
6、身体健康,能长期驻外工作(安哥拉)。
