海外幕墙岗位职责
海外幕墙设计师深圳市方大建科集团有限公司深圳市方大建科集团有限公司分支机构职责描述:
1、主要负责海外项目的幕墙施工设计及下料工作
2、施工图阶段:对建筑设计图纸进行深化以及设计幕墙的细部构造,用于指导施工;
3、下料阶段:对施工图中的材料进行工艺设计,用于指导采购和生产加工;
4、参与项目计划实施,根据设计计划,按程序完成所承担任务的设计工作并保证其质量;
任职要求:
1、可独立跟进幕墙设计项目,有国外幕墙工程设计经验,能独立带领团队完成中型及小型幕墙项目工作者优先;
2、英语听、说、读、写能力强者优先考虑;
3、具有良好的英语水平,熟悉计算机绘图软件;
4、熟悉建筑幕墙门窗设计国内及海外标准规范;熟悉国内及海外幕墙门窗项目运作流程;熟悉各类幕墙门窗结构设计;
