共享服务咨询高级实施顾问中油瑞飞北京中油瑞飞信息技术有限责任公司,中油瑞飞,中油瑞飞岗位职责:
1、负责集团公司所属企业人力资源共享业务现场调研及需求分析;
2、负责共享服务平台及SAPHR系统总体方案设计与汇报;
3、负责共享服务平台及SAPHR系统详细方案设计及实施;
4、负责与项目重要干系人沟通与汇报工作;
5、负责团队日常管理及培训等工作;
6、负责控制项目相关工作的进度与质量,按时交付项目成果。
任职资格:
1、具有8年以上ERP类信息化项目实施工作相关经验;
2、熟悉人力资源管理领域各项业务,了解人力资源共享服务管理模式;
3、参与或负责过3个及以上集团级人力资源信息化项目实施,熟悉SAPERP系统;
4、参与或负责过1-2个国内外企业人力资源共享服务平台设计和实施项目;
5、具备较强的人力资源信息化系统规划和实施能力;
6、具有一定的管理咨询能力;
7、具有较好的协调沟通、文字表达及汇报能力;
8、本科以上学历,计算机类或人力资源管理专业优先。
