JobDescription:

1.负责通力电梯中国供应链给国外欧洲和中东区域的电梯投标报价工作,配合在该区域的电梯投标相关事宜。

ResponsiblefortheelevatorbiddingquotationfromKONEChinasupplychaintoEuropeandMiddleEast,cooperatewiththeelevatorbiddingintheregion.

2.接受国外销售发过来的电梯规格,召开电话会议确认其所有的非标要求,逐条核对并确认。

Receivetheelevatorspecificationsfromoverseasales,callaconferencetoconfirmallnon-standardrequirements,checkandconfirmeachitem.

3.在中国供应线团队内部与技术支持部门如电气,机械工程师确认目前是否可以满足这些非标要求,如果暂时不能满足的该如何偏离成类似选项。

WithintheChinaSupplyLineTeamandwithtechnicalsupportdepartmentssuchasElectrical,MechanicalEngineersconfirmwhetherthesenon-standardrequirementscanbemetatpresentandhowtodeviatefromthemintosimilaroptionsiftheycannotbemettemporarily.

4.澄清好所有要求后开始用通力内部计价工具开始电梯各个部件的计价。

Afterclarifyingalltherequirements,wewillstartusingtheinternalforcevaluationtoolstostartthevaluationofallthecomponentsoftheelevator.

5.整合电梯所有部位的价格,注明所有非标偏离点和注意事项,并以特定的报价书形式发送给前线。

Integratethepriceofallpartsoftheelevator,indicateallnon-standarddeviationsandprecautions,andsendthemtothefrontlineintheformofaspecificquotation.

6.在电梯投标过程中,销售经常会遇到客户要求变更后会发送变更需求反馈,接受到这些后,迅速给出变更后的报价的加价或者减价,如果变化较大,需要更新整个报价书。

Intheprocessofelevatorbidding,salesoftenmeetcustomerrequirementsforchangeafterthechangewillsendchangedemandfeedback,afterreceivingthese,quicklygivethepricechangequotedpriceincreaseorreduction,ifthechangeislarge,needtoupdatetheentirequotation.

7.如果变更后的要求是在通力中国供货范围之外的,需要联系通力芬兰总部寻求技术支持和报价方案,转化汇率,加上关税和增值税等条件变更最新的报价书发给前线。

IfthechangedrequirementisoutsidethescopeofChina'ssupply,itisnecessarytocontacttheFinnishheadquartersfortechnicalsupportandquotation,exchangerateconversion,plustariffsandVATconditionstochangethelatestquotationtothefrontline.

8.通力每年物料价格会变更两次,需要维护更新所有报价工具里的价格标准。

Together,thematerialpriceswillbechangedtwiceayear,andthepricestandardsinallquotationtoolsneedtobemaintainedandupdated.

9.其他报价部门需要配合别的部门所做的工作。

任职要求:

Requirements:

1.Bachelordegreeorabove,mechanicalrelatedmajor,2-3years’mechanicalindustryrelatedworkexperience

本科以上学历,工科类专业毕业,2-3年制造业相关工作经验

2.Brilliantunderstandingofmechanicalcomponent(materialprocessing,assembly,etc.)

了解机械零件(材料,加工,装配等)

3.Excellentcommunicationskillandteamspirit,capableofproblemsolving

优秀的沟通及协调能力,团队合作及问题处理能力佳

4.AboveCET-4inEnglish,proficientinreadingandwriting

英语四级以上,读写流利
